Hello:
The TB 3 (ANT 6) was a follow-on development of the ANT 4, which was built in a number of variants, including the TB 1. Junkers, with a factory in Moscow and sales to the Red Air Force, had a significant influence on soviet designs and designers in the 1920s. Dornier and Hienkel were also influential at this time.
I think the ANT 4 and ANT 6 aircraft are Tupolev designs exhibiting Junkers influence, rather than a direct descendant of the R projects. The Junkers G. 38, however, might well be the ultimate expression of the R project vision.
