Volker!

I'm adding the A-H airships to the 'Jean-Pierre Lauwers Collection' at my website this weekend. All I was hoping for was to know the a/c type that collided with the MIII. I never expected to gather so much information! Thank you!
Oh... and thanks to you too Jempie.

Just saw that there is a number of typos in my first post - it was quite late in my part of the world when I typed that...

Most important, one of the names is wrong. The second name should read "Hofstaetter" instead of "Hostaetter". More precisely, this was Oberleutnant Ernst Hofstaetter, holder of the Austrian airship patent no 13 (!), issued Oct. 8, 1911. Now Lighter than Air guys are usually a highly superstitious bunch...

Thanks, guys, for the information on A_H lighter than air ships. Incidentally, I don't thimk they punish you for typos on the Forum. If they did, I would have been strung up a long tome ago.
