It's a Kondor E.III, I do believe.

Exactly, the unique Kondor E.III powered by an Oberursel Ur III of 140 hp. The machine participated in one of the 1918 Fighter competitions, but was not succesfull. The E.III was designed by engineer Walter Rethel, then chief designer of the Kondor Flugzeugwerke in Essen (Ruhrgebiet).

After the war Walter Rethel was for a time chief designer for Fokker in the Netherlands. The most famous machine he designed was the Fokker F.VII airliner.

On the internet I found this sketch of the Kondor E.III, surely in fancy artist's licence colours. I am sure there is no evidence for this colours. The dimensions of the drawings do not look right too IMO, the fuselage should be longer judging from the picture. It makes the machine very stubby. Shreiko ?
