Exactly, the unique
Kondor E.III powered by an Oberursel Ur III of 140 hp. The machine participated in one of the 1918 Fighter competitions, but was not succesfull. The E.III was designed by engineer
Walter Rethel, then chief designer of the Kondor Flugzeugwerke in Essen (Ruhrgebiet).
After the war Walter Rethel was for a time chief designer for Fokker in the Netherlands. The most famous machine he designed was the Fokker F.VII airliner.
