The fin and tailplane are a good match for the Italian Pomilio PE, but the wording of your post makes it unlikely. Otherwise, looks Germanic. I don't think it is another Lloyd, as it lacks a strut.

Er, I wouldn't be too concerned with the wording of Breguet's post, Rbailey!

OK, I will stick to Pomilio PE, but couldn't guess between Fiat-powered Italian or Liberty powered US - unless it was around long enough to get the star insignia which is why Breguet removed it. Now tell me it was Austrian.

My Gallery
??

Breguet;
it is a Pomilio PE, with the Fiat A-12 330 hp engine. There were 1071 built.
Blue skies,
Dan-San

It is indeed a Pomilio PE, with the Fiat A-12 330 hp engine. Rbailey gets .9 so that Dan-San can get .1 for for his extra info. BTW the full photo showed the Italian roundels.
