I dropped in once or twice earlier. I have been busy working until now.

My foto only says "Haberstadt CL.". I was prepared to give sergio_vitalio 0.8 for correctly identifying the maker and answering first: "I think it Halberstadt CL.IV." and 0.2 to Froggy (bringing his score even with mine!) for: "But
If I had put a guess, I think that I should Say it was a Halberstadt CL II."

I found a three-view drawing on the Halberstadt CL.V (two bay), not a match!
My books show several fotografs of Halberstadt CL.II's, but no CL.IV.
My source says about the differences between the CL.II and the CL.IV: "Changes included re-siting of the wing cellule on a rather shorter fuselage, raising and elongating the tailplane, re-shaping the the fin and rudder, and removing the spinner."

I believe that I can see a spinner in the crash foto, too hard to tell for sure.

I located and opened a new "JOYSTICK" 1/72" vacuform kit of a Halberstadt CL.IV and Lo and behold the three-view drawing shows the elevated tailplane,
where the CL.II's is fixed about in the middle of the end of the fuselage, the CL.IV's sits near the top!SEE FOTO!

Good Job Froggy!
You get the confirmed point and the Honor of hosting the next B.C.F. #166.

Thanks Sergio for playing, better luck next time and Thanks to all of you others that participated (you know who you are!).

The new scoreboard is:
