Thanks FokkerJ for this interesting and quite unique picture of an 'almost' intact Gotha licence built Brandenburg NW. One point only, the number on the machine (759) is called the Marine-Nummer ('Naval number') which were issued by the Befehlshaber der Marine-Luftfahr-Abteilungen (BdL).

The S/N [Serial number = Werkenummer] is the unique number allotted to each produced machine by the manufacturer.
