There is a 27 page Spanish-language (pdf)-text on La aeronautica espanola de 1898 a 1936 here.

Perojo gets one sentence

At least it states that first flight was in May 1917 in Barcelona and that the machine was constructed in the factory of Amalio Diaz de Getafe (?).

The ONLY info I can add is :Warplane (),two seats ,empty :350 kg .

I do not know who is this unknown Spanish designer
but it seems that at this time the copyright did not apply to aircraft-in this case the firm Morane Saulnier could have asserted his rights!
