Given the appearance of part 600-c I get the impression this is a machine with swept back wings, tailless. I think we are looking at one of the English Dunne models or its US affiliate (Burgess-Dunne) or its French affiliate (Nieuport-Dunne).
Cheers
Kees

Afraid not Varese and Froggy. Here is piece #13 (thought it won't help in identification of the primary featured aircraft):

Breguet - What do you mean by "primary featured"? Is there a secondary machine in there somewhere? Is anything in the picture part of the machine from which the picture was taken?

Yes. As AROTH noted this is an air to air shot and some of the pieces show part of the machine from which the picture was taken. AROTH wanted an extra point if he could identify it, I said yes but could luck with that one 1

The front end and the tail look like an Henri Farman H.F. 27. When you ruled out Farman, did that include HF and MF as well as F types? If so, could it be a Russian version identified by some Russian designation? Dux built them, for example.

Are we certain that we’re looking at a landplane?
The round shapes beneath the fuselage make me think they are wheels, but could they be the rounded ends of floats?
If so, machines like the Wight Navyplane and one of the Friedrichtshafen floatplanes, both used I think, are the sort of thing we might be looking for.
I will defer to younger / better eyes.
Dave

Bonsoir à tous
Just a question ....Where is the interest of this challenge in the form of a jigsaw if no one can guess it even when all the pieces are given?
Cordialement
