NO! STOP! DON'T DO IT!
I know a bunch of WW1 aero fanatics who will gladly spare the man with the hammer the trouble and (each) adopt a fuselage and an engine. I would have found room for my fuselage, even if I would have to move some furniture out onto the balcony.

p.s. the hammer blows don't look like they make much of a dent on the engine!
