If it's any use still, I have a 1916 book 'RFC Technical Notes' including a diagram, showing the rigging, of a DH2, which I could scan next week

tiger dont let nigelrayner catch you. a guy asked about nieuport 17 datafiles. so i told him about rapidshare.com where you can download free windsock datafiles and bristol scout offered to lend him his WD. NIgel went off on us with a vngeance about how we are in breech of forum and copyright laws which he went on a 3 day rant.he claims one is not allowed to lend a windsock datafile or any copyrighted material or you are a felon and a pirate.

Well, I think a 1916 book, obviously made of unobtainium, is not covered by the copyright laws in the same way as Windsock Datafiles. The complete archive of Flight Magazine has been made public, as well as many other publications.
I have a set of rigging notes dated april, 13th, 1918, so it's not the same diagram, altough the information must be the same.
Cheers.

Don't worry, this isn't a Windsock Datafile (for starters it's more than about ten pages long!), i'll try and scan it on Monday and put a link up for anyone else interested. Interestingly, the drawing of the forward nacelle doesn't really resemble a DH2, but the rest does
