Those are AID inspection labels showing that the part/aircraft has been approved/passed.
German aircraft of the same era have celluloid windows to show ZAK stamps on things like the wing spars. The ZAK marks also show up on other parts in other areas sometimes as a stamp into metal.
For a while I thought that it was going to be a TVAL logo with 'Made in NZ' on it!
