Added Favorites to the UserCP.

Have you ever found a useful thread or post on the Forum and wanted a way to remember where it was? Add it to your Favorites.

• While viewing a thread, click Thread Tools to add the thread to your favorites.
• To add a post to your favorites, click Add Post to Favorites on the post's date line.
• To view your favorites, click UserCP on the Forum tool bar.
