Tim,

It is pretty cool... still putting it through the paces. So far, so good!

Ever since Photoshop 5 they've had the History floating menu which is like a multiple step undo... as long as you don't save and close the file. I use that quite a bit.

History brush I like! I am a big Layer user.

There is a new equalize tool/function as well.

Cheers! John.

The history brush is cool B) I have since read up on the update and there are some neat additions....though I am not sure if I need to upgrade yet. I just upgraded last year to PS 7 and there does not seem to be enough new stuff to warrant the cost.

I will still be interested in how you feel about CS a few months from now

Inspiring stuff guys. I just had a go with Photo De-Lux 1.1 (a magazine freebie from six years ago which I would be lost without). This is fun

I too was intrigued by the idea and spent a happy couple of hours "lost in time" trying the technique, not photoshop though.. Corel Draw did just fine. Makes me wonder just how many "old pictures" are real ?? Here is my effort

Here is another slant on the computer art. I wanted a good background for my models but couldn't find what I wanted on the net. Then it occured to me that I had a flight sim I was long bored with. However a quick flight in the sim soon found a reasonable background. some masks on the models and the "sky is the limit" to your imagination.. now if only I can get to grips with the program to make smoke, whirling propellers etc and a reasonable picture could be produced without lifting a pencil
