Question WWI Walter Whitehead 1918 Come On ART Question?

Good day,
I was working on a piece of art work today (history research/meeting w/a art professor) when I looked up & seen that I have another piece I know nothing of: Walter Whitehead 1918 come on! Buy Liberty Bonds.... I know now the artist & that he did indeed do this subject matter BUT... I can't find one done in the same material? I've seen the colored litho/oil but mine is done in either charcoal or ink???? I aquired it from a family pass down from a WWII Vet & didn't know anything of it (didn't care, it looked good beside my WWI collection). It's in a clear frame(plastic poster frame at the moment as given to me). Should I be getting this out & framed by a pro? Or is it nothing but a poster?
Thanks ahead!

JC,
Take it out from under the plastic, get a magnifying glass and examine it closely. If it is made up of a series of dots it is a poster print. If not, it might be a lithograph, or maybe the first original.

Can we see it or a small portion of it?
