Cross & Cockade US Calendars

I recently came into possession of some of the C&C US yearly calendars. I was struck by how good some of the art was. Most of the artists were unknown to me. Would like to know the years during which they were produced. And also whether anyone has extras they might be willing to sell. Thanks, agblume

cross and cockade calendars

I am certain that i do not have all the old calendaers,
but i have several years worth and i just dusted them off and here goes:
1970- artwork by Bob Weiler, Joe De Marco, and August Shug
1971- all artwork by Donald White
1978- alll arwork by Robert Carlin
1977- all artwork by George Evans,
1980- all artwork by George Evans with R. Horwith

i would highly recommend , if you are looking for calendars of WWI aviation:
Aviation Week and Space technology in 1981 and 1982 showcased a French artist Paul Lengelle- fantastic stuff!!!!
and i am certain that you are aware of the new calendars being produced by the fellows in ENgland for Cross and COckade.
an incomplete list i know but hope it helps a little

Cross and Cockade US Calendars

Hello Jastaflieger, Thanks for the response. I have the years you listed, but am missing 1974, 1976 and 1979. Not sure who did the art for them. I am also uncertain what year the calendar series began and ended. Perhaps someone can let me know. Thanks. Cheers, agblume
