Pics from our first Aviation Art Show

Might have to make this an annual or maybe a semi-annual event.

A few pics from yesterday. More pics to come from today's second opening day. Thanks to our special guest artist, Robert Karr and his wife, Cecilia, who drove up from Los Angeles with 16 of his incredible paintings. The intricate details in his works are absolutely amazing!

In the Spotlight Room, we have a "Miniatures Paintings Show" going with six guest artists' works displayed:

you guys wouldn't believe the details on robert's paintings! every nut and bolt and turnbuckle and rib stich is perfectly depicted - and shadowed and highlighted! i still can't figure out how he did it.

Congratulations

Dear AAC:

The show looks wonderful. Makes me wish I could be on the West Coast and attend. Especially since your Cole Palen portrait looks even better in person than in your photos.

Wishing you nothing but success,

Hellcat
