Nice painting!

Comparing with photo, maybe the chin should be a little down and to the right? In the photo he seems to have a straighter face. Also i see the bone at the root of the beginning of the nose a little smaller in the photo. Just my opinion though (and i don't know if you want to go for photographic accuracy).
