Tom,
The profile is from a photo of Voss and MvR speaking infront of a Albatross of some sort. There is also one of them at the same place without the flight gear. I have no idea where the or when the photos where taken. Its the best side profile of Voss I have seen.

Mate,
Ahahahahah now I know where I have seen them, thanks for unravelling the cobwebs in my brain. pic's were 1917 when MvR and Voss were in Krefeld on leave together.

Yeh, I had changed the angle of his head. I think he is also facing the other way in the actual photo.
