Concerning the Nieuport 11
Hello all. I'm fairly new to this forum. At the moment I'm working on a 3D model of a Nieuport 11. The problem lies in a lack of reference images. This is a request for anyone who can provide any detailed images of the Nieuport II in realtime etc. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Not to criticize or anything, but I was directed to this website by several people for two reasons: one, the users' incredible amount of knowledge in this field, and two, their ability to post satisfying responses. Seriously now, any help would be wonderful! And to give you an impression of where I'm at in the process of building, here are some WIP's. Any critiques are welcome.

Bigglesworth- What books on Nieuports do you already have and whose N.11 are you trying to model? The French Musee de l' Air et Espace has an actual N.11 on display and there are photographs on their site. Fine Art Models site has numerous photos of a 1/15 scale model of the Musee N.11. There are beautiful three view drawings of N.11 aircraft here in our Gallery done by Ronny Bar. Take a look and see if they help. Let us know what else you need.

Ni.11 manual
Hi Bigglesworth, I've some (poor) copy of Macchi Ni.11 manual with cockpit and internal fittings pics.
Manual is in italian and quality is pretty low, but it could be a start.
If you are interested, please send me your E mail address.
Best regards
Paolo Miana

Primary reference was obtained from airwar.ru. The quality is medium, so detailing has become rather hard. All of my reference images have been obtained as downloads from the internet, but most are poor quality, or are those of replicas, which are rather inaccurate. I'm hoping to get a copy of the windstock data files. Problem is, I don't have a scanner, so the only good I could get out of a book would be eyeballing the details. This is what I'm stuck with doing anyway, but it would be a little nicer eyeballing while using good quality photos as references, and even better, photos of the original thing.
