Wings of Glory

I recently received some color etchings of world war 1 planes by Jim Deneen. Is anyone familiar with these? they are in mint condition.

Only Wings of Glory images I know of came in a promotional package, but the folder says the art is by someone else. The ones in the folder (pic attached) are kind of shimmery, and pretty neat. I'll take a look tonight if I remember.

These were issued as part of some promotion.

Thanks Dan,

That's something different but similar. The ones I have are also very shimmery like tinfoil with color and actually very attractive.

Mr Deneen produced several series of art prints, mostly during the 1970's and early 80's i believe:: i communicated with his son last year for awhile to find out more about him, he also produced a lot of WWII prints.
His WWI stuff is great, a series concerning the Red Baron is well known, i have several copies of a series less well known that has Goring's white Fokker DVII, a Nieuport 28, an Se5, etc. he also did a print of Guynemer, and Udet, the tinted ones i think were by another company and not directly from Mr Deneen, although i am at work and all my notes are at home, but i can check later

These also are promos I believe they are a Fokker DR1, PFALZ D X11 verses Sopwith Camel, Moraine Saulnier N verses AVIATIK B and SE SA Burning up. I have no idea of their worth I doubt it's much but they very cool and in fist quality condition

Thanks for your input
