Your Collection and What You Want/Next Purchase Thread!!

Hey Guys,

I am really enjoying the depth of this website. So many very smart and well-educated historians. On e-hanger (which is an art site covering all aviation art WWII being the biggest group) we have a thread devoted to people posting pictures and links to collections they own. I was thinking we should have one here which encompasses what you have and what you want!! Sometimes a little personal history of the piece added in is fun and in general it really is cool to see what everyone has stashed away at home. We also get ideas for framing pieces of our own or see a piece we didn't know about but now want.
Anything goes, prints, original oils, original pencil drawings, color studies, watercolors, you name it. I will start out with a couple pieces and then post more once I figure out how to make the pictures full-size. I am getting thumbnails only so far......grrr gonna go read the "how-to" post pictures instructions.

Well looking forward to seeing what you guys have. Don't forgot your friends collection, pictures of pieces at exhibitions or at art galleries, shows are all more than welcome.

thanx all and good hunting on your next art purchase

As you can see, I love getting my prints remarqued. I also have a few original pencil drawings and the original oil "King of the Camel Aces" by Russell Smith pictured here.

regards
Pat
