Looking for information on: Andre Roberts, artist & WWI ???
Poster size of artwork: Looks to charcoal/pencil
signed by Andrea Roberts 1917- Statue of liberty holding american flag & sword over the water, cloudy dark day, german leaving, sinking ship, and a sub coming to surface or going down.
