Like all your work it is masterful--I particularly like the swirling dust and exhaust clouds-----and that guy next to the cockpit's Hat still in place
Only kidding---exquisite work.
Dave.

Thanks Bristol. I wish these scans were a little better. The scanner picked up some reflectivity in the paint as well as some of the texture of the canvas. I was able to P'shop it enough to quiet most of that down, but that resulted in some areas looking a little blurry and some lines looking too sharp. I'll get my printer to get a good capture of it at some point, but like every other image I post I'm not completely satisfied with the onscreen image.

I would LOVE to see you do a Pup or a Tripe sailing serenely along just above some moderate cloud cover---light spanking off the wings........Phew!
Got my 'juices' going that---hope it was'nt the 'light spanking' bit....
In all seriousness though---More Brit. subjects ---you are indeed a master.
Dave.

Thanks Bristol. I've got quite a few Brit subjects that I'd like to tackle, but I seem to keep getting folks wanting me to do SPADs. SPAD's are neat airplanes but they're a pain to do perspective drawings for - few straight lines, lots of odd shapes and little pointy things all over them. Working on another even now.
Oh how I'd love to do a big SE or a Camel again!

Russ -
Well done on the SPAD. And Rickenbacker - a great little portrait! Your attention to detail is unsurpassed.
