Harleyford Reconnaisance and Bomber Aircraft, 1914-1918

Wife bought me a copy of this last week. I have wanted one for a long time, to replace the one I bought back when it was new and I was young, that disappeared into the mists ages ago, but was fondly remembered. It is as good as I had recalled, and I am very glad to have it. It is an ex-library copy, with no dust-jacket, but all the fold-out drawings are intact.

Old books are like old cars ... they may not be as flashy, or up to current technology or standards, or have as many features as the new ones, but there's something about their quality, their vintage looks, their rekindling of memories, and even their smell that still makes them worth having.

Wow! I'v got Fighter Aircraft of the 1914-1918 War, Marine Aircraft of the 1914-1918 War,Air Aces of the 1914-1918 war and Von Richthofen and the "Flying Circus"
I still enjoy reading them and thumbing through the pages. How I would like to get my hands on a copy of Reconnaissance and Bomber Aircraft of the 1914-1918 War to complete the collection. Even though it's old out-dated material, I'll never part with these volumes; as I had most of them for over 20 years.
You got a good wife there, Old Man.
