guynemer book
I am looking for some help in regards to a book i purchased a year or so ago entitled Guynemer, written by Rene Chambe and illustrated by Geo Ham, published in 1949. Slim volume, struggling through the French, i suspect it was written for a younger reader: but the illustrations in it are superb.
Anyway, my question is that in my copy on the last page it seems that the artist may have signed the book, but the signature is near a small illustration that ends the book and i was wondering if anyone else has a copy and if their copy is signed in the same spot then i would have to believe the signature is merely printed. Anyone know the answer?
