Hikoki "Military Aeroplanes 1914-18"

I was doing some internet searching and came across a book call "The Reference Source Guide to Military Aeroplanes 1914-18" by Barry Ketley and published by Hikoki in 1992.

I'm curious how this book is set up and what it has inside. Photos? Drawings? All the countries, just England, etc?

Has anyone seen this book?
Thanks,
Ryan
