Might the influx of new forumites be related to Flyboys?

crankcase- You are one smart fellow. Hopefully they will turn into enthusiasts the same way The Blue Max created enthusiasts when it came out 40 years ago in 1966.

Russ, Robert- Probably a good idea. Do you guys know any good artists who specialize in WW-I aviation art?

Great Idea...
Hi Taz, Russell and karrart:
This would be a great new section for the forum “recommend readings”...
and when it comes to WW1 art I have always enjoyed aviation art that’s whey I support all you WW1 Dr.I artists on my site.
It would be great to have the publishers to reprint some of the masters like the book I call my bible "The Fokker Triplane" by Alex Imrie. Now theirs two on Amazon one for $185.00 and the other for $875.00. Thanks god I have one in excellent condition.
Lloyd...

Lloyd- Makes my three copies look like a pretty good investment, especially since I never paid more than $35 for a copy. One is signed by Alex, too. None are for sale, however. It would be nice if Alex' book were updated and a new edition printed.
