Windsock Data Files on Camels: Differences?

Hi all,

What are the differences between the following Windsock Datafile books on the Camel (other than the number of pages)?

WINDSOCK DATAFILE # 6 - Sopwith 2F1 Camel. (ISBN: 0948414049)
Bruce, J.M 20 pages
WINDSOCK DATAFILE # 26 - Sopwith Camel, (ISBN: 0948414308)
Bruce, P.M. 36 pages

I was looking at used copies on Abebooks, but I'm not sure which to buy, or both? Which is better? Or is this a silly question?

Which datafile - depends on what you're doing

Miles - Datafile 6 is for the Sopwith 2F.1 Camel naval version of the Camel, whereas 26 is for the F.1 Camel and its other variations.

If you're modeling, and only doing one, get that one. If interested in the Camel as a plane, why not get both?

If you're just looking for the most information at the price, 26 is longer and has more information about the cockpit and cutaway information for rigging details.

Dan

Ah, of course, I should have recognised the designation 2F1.

As I don't model anymore I may just get both, as they would represent different uses for the Camel.
