Well, let's simplify this process.

Issues #197, 198, 199 and 200 can be purchased for a flat $37 for domestic ($35 plus $2 for shipping) making this a $5 discount, and $35 plus $7 shipping for foreign orders (total of $42), making that a $5 discount. We will absorb the balance of the postage.

Alas, not that easy. The PayPal links are set up for specific amounts, except for the DONATE category. Is that the one to use?
