Well, let's simplify this process.

Issues #197, 198, 199 and 200 can be purchased for a flat $37 for domestic ($35 plus $2 for shipping) making this a $5 discount, and $35 plus $7 shipping for foreign orders, making that a $5 discount. We will absorb the balance of the postage.
