About a year ago, I posted the sad news that
Wings/Airpower and
American Heritage magazines had both ceased publication. The complete run of
Wings/Airpower is being reissued on discs, but no new issues are being published.
But there is good news about
American Heritage. It has a new owner and has resumed publication. Its sister publication,
American Heritage Invention and Technology, is still in business and was apparently not disrupted by the turmoil at
AH.
A check with the books section of their website (
American History from AmericanHeritage.com) shows that some of the American Heritage Junior Library and Horizon-Caravel Books of the 1960's are being reissued in paperback.
