Exclamation SAGITTARIUS RISING in German!

Hello!

I never knew that the book SAGITTARIUS RISING by Cecil Lewis was ever translated into German, but it happened...

...in the late 1930's!

Yesterday, I stumbled accross a German and an English version of SAGITTARIUS RISING on a fleamarket (the English book for 50 Cent and the German one for 1,50 Euro). With deep regret I left the stand after the seller told me that he had no other aviation related books...

For all those who want to read the German translation of SAGITTARIUS RISING (in German: SCHÜTZE IM AUFSTIEG) I tried to find the book in Internet-antique-bookshops and found that the price is mostly somewhere between 8 - 20 Euros, without postage.

I read a few lines and it seems that the translation is very good - so I recommend it for the German readers and for those who want to check their German knowledge (with the English version at hand).

Enjoy!
