OTF 24/4 nearly ready to mail

All,

On another note, issue 24/4 is nearly ready for mailing, so if you haven't renewed yet, you're going to have missed the whole 2009 year. You'll have all four issues before the end of the year. Great job by Steve R. and the whole crew to get the journals out right on time!
