WW1 Aero / Skyways Store Now Online!

Our new aerostore is up and running with 11 back issues of Skyways and 50 issues of WW1 Aero available for sale as PDF downloads. Our goal is to have the entire catalog of WW1 Aero & Skyways back issues online as PDF downloads as soon as possible, and we are also working on a store which will sell print editions as well as t-shirts, pins, art prints and other accessories, so please continue to check back with us at: World War 1 Aeroplanes, Inc.-Home of WW1 AERO & SKYWAYS, and click the store link. This is where our new issues will appear, and we will be constantly adding new products.
Enjoy!

Aerostore Update

We are pleased to report that people have been taking advantage of our new digital offerings. I hope they are being enjoyed by the readers.

We had a report of an issue that arose from non-US purchasers not being able to complete an order without filling in the information for the "state", in the credit card information box. "State" is of course not relevant for many non-US addresses.

Our service provider has informed us that this issue has been rectified. This glitch did not affect anyone using PayPal. Please inform us if you experience any problems, either with completing an order or in making the downloads. Several of us on the Board made test runs of the system with good success.

Finally, has anyone tried using an e-Reader device with our digital issues? I'd be very interested in hearing how that works out.

Just one small point about the payment for PDF downloadable copies. For non-US customers (like the Netherlands) it is somewhat strange to ask for a state, as there are no states in most countries (sure not in the Netherlands).

Even if one gives the name of a province of the Netherlands the whole payment is given an error. I do not trust that I have to fill in one of the US states to come through the programmed controls ?
We received word that these errors are persisting, so we're still working on this issue with our online store, and I will continue to be in touch with our service provider until it is solved. I'll post an update as soon as I hear anything.

The aerostore system has been tested and it appears that these problems are now fixed. Please contact us if you have any problems placing an order through our store.
