Thanks Bruno. You've already helped me out. With a few fine friends in France it should make my work go a bit better. I'd love to do research at the source, but can't really afford the time or funds. Sigh...

I was just able to obtain some really nice copies of Le Chevalier du Ciel and Le Roman de Nugesser thru some book brokers in France. Prices were rather good and they shipped in a few days.

I had tried to get a copy of L'as de As supposedly about Nungesser also by Marcel Jullian but they we out of stock. If anyone has it can they compare it with Le Chavalier du Ciel? Both were by Jullian and written about 6 years apart I think.
