"Defeat by Design" Chionchio - missing top of page ?

On this forum is an article "Defeat by Design", posted by Boom a few years ago. As far as I can make out, it is by John Chionchio in Air Enthusiast in 1989. Unfortunately on P7 ( Defeat by Design ) it appears that when it was scanned, it missed the top of the page. Unfortunate indeed as the last text prior to the missing bit reads " the lower wing could have been counterbalanced by placing along the leading edge...." and the rest is a mystery !

Does anyone have a better scan of this page, or even just know what the next page actually said ? Given the Albatros's penchant for losing wings, I'd really like to know what the possible solution is.
Thanks muchly...
Alex
