Fokker Streaky Olive Brown

Hello, Forumites,

I see from several of the archived threads that the subject colour equates to Methuen 4F8 (+-). Can anyone provide me with an FS 595B equivalent number? Yes, I'll be getting the Methuen reference, but my FS fandeck is here and my Roden triplane is ready for paint, hence the question. Thanks in advance for any information.

Best Regards,

Gary

Steve is that fair ? MM Field Drab ? Thats a Model Master WWII color isn't it ? There is an alternative:

There IS a Line of over 66 Acrylic Hobby Paint Colors specificly matched to WWI Aircraft made in Italy.

MK GC06 Fokker Factory Olive. With an Undercoat of either GC10 German Clear Doped Linen or GC07 Torquoise.

I'm using MisterKit Fokker Olive with MK German CDL for the undercoat of my new DVII build...I'll use the MK Fokker pale blue for the unsersides, and MK Jasta Yellow for the nose, struts, et al.

Here's a qick pic...sorry the light isn't the best...I'm kind of in a rush this morning. Off to Rhinebeck!

From the Factory on the hill,
John

Yeah! Actually I'm told MM Helo-drab is better. But don't worry "Grasshopper". pick one of the above; and "Feel the Force!". Close enough! K? JW
