Balloons dimentions??
Hi to everybody
Does anyone known the exact sizes of ww1 balloons like the german Parseval-Sigsfield Balloon the French Caquot Balloon. i´m searching not only the volume but also the lenght and height. Does anyone can help me? Thanks a lot Tiago F.

The envelope capacity of the Caquot kite balloon Type M (as used by the Royal Naval Air Service) was 930 cu metres (32,840 cu feet). Dimensions - beam 9.75 metres (32 feet) and length 28 metres (92 feet). Hope this is of help. Purser |
