Aircraft serial number database
I've posted in "forum Support" a correction to a serial number in the aircraft serial number database. It occurs to me that this database could be a great resource to begin to pull together the various databases that we have, including some that are now closed as their compilers have passed on, such as the Peter Grosz / Ed Ferko lists, Rick Duiven's files, and so forth. Indeed, one of the problems with such individual databases is that they often do not provide their sources.
