2006 Mint Julep Scale Meet

I took very few pics this year. This one (which I didn't take either) is of the Hoosier Dawn Patrol contingent. Yours truly, Art Shelton and his 1/3 scale E-1, and Billy Thompson's 1/3 scale Pup. " Art placed 2nd in Expert Div 2, Bill placed 5th in Sportsman (his first time out). He very well may have won but had a deadstick on his last flight halfway thru his routine. Me, I placed way down in Fun Scale. Had a great flight on the third round though that made the whole weekend worthwhile.

Congrats to Dave Johnson (DJ) for winning Designer Scale with his marvelous Albatross! (Hopefully someone has some more pics).
