Here are some shots of my EIII (and yes I know the diagonal stripe should be Bavarian blue).

Go Here to see the model "warping" ('1' with rudder coupled, '2' without).

I used 2 (Futaba quarter scale) servos, these were 110 in oz, FP 34 or 134, I can't remember for sure. The servos were connected to the wing warp belcranck, one on each side. The servos were not connected together, so in effect, only one servo was doing the actual wing warping. It seems it really doesn't take too much power to warp the wing.
I don't really have a good picture to show you how it looks.
I think I might go along with the plans, just don't tie the two servos together with a connecting rod. A little redundency in control surface configuration goes a long way toward aircraft survival in the long run.
Just a quick question...does your plans show a balance point?

Well test flight yesterday. Everything that Art says of the larger model is true of the smaller - except I get a lot of adverse yaw. This could be due to the fact that I had the rudder and ailerons coupled the whole time - I shall experiment further. So far so good, however as it looks great in the air and is only a little squirrelly on the ground. I only had time for a couple of circuits and must say I'm looking forward to exploring the flight envelope.

I have now reduced the rudder size and put the correct proportion forward of the hinge point.
