Well, after a very, very long time I have finaly flown my old Ben Buckle Fokker EV/DVIII. Lovely flyer. Here's the video. If anyone's interested in the particulars let me know and I'll post them.
Here's some new video of this lovely old plane. I edited some new video taken the other day by my neighbor. I forgot to tell him that it also recorded sound. I edited out the part where he makes airplane sounds
I'm so glad that I put this plane back together. A joy to fly. Gets about 4 to 5 minutes of flight at 1/2 to 1/3 throttle. I'll paint it one of these days. Suggestions as to paint scheme?
Well to start with the Gotha is not mine, the Fokker is. The Gotha video was made at a large RC electric only meet. I added more info on the Gotha thread.
