Hangar 9, Field Kindley

Newbie,
Hi all. New to site but what a great place to be. I've got the hangar 9 camel and am planning to to do Capt. Field Kindley's E1539 colors. I've all ready got Mclarens markings off of it. I'm doing Kindley because we're both Arkansas boys and would like to do his colors out of respect and admiration for the man and the plane. I want to try and get it as close to scale as I can with my skill level. I've all ready got some good info off the site and other threads. What I'm looking for is for all to chime in with anything at all that will help me with the project. It started out as a arf kit but now has turned into a man and the times. I'm just wanting to get it as close to his camel as I can. I'm not far from the Aerospace Edu. Center at Little Rock where one of his planes are. I will be checking it out. I believe the camel at Little Rock is E1539. It appears to have a white triangle on a red wheel where other pics show a white circle the on wheel cover. It's these things that I'm trying to get correct, it's alot more than a arf to me. Thank you all for a great site.
