Ah – well. I don´t built those flyable models, but I know what I would like to see.
Fighter: Pfalz DIII, Sopwith Triplane, Junkers D I, Hanriot HD1, SVA 5 and Phönix DI
Two-seaters: Roland Walfisch
and for the absolute crazy modeller, the Junkers J I

Thomas, you just about named my entire line up. Looks like a Pfalz D111 may have to go on the boards! I plan on a phoenix D1or 2, Ansaldo sva 5 or a1 and a Hanriot and we will see about the Pfalz I do like the hansen mentioned.
The stuff I have heard about AZMA has not been good. I am suprised he is still in business. I have never done any business with them so I will hold out judgement.
Thanks for the input I was suprised to see very few votes for a camel. Looks to much like a Pup?

Im doing what I can to get him changing stuff round and a lot of it was with some company he had partnered up with, but shipping and kits getting better as I get to drawing and redrawing some stuff

Greetings,
An interesting discussion, to which I'd like to add my own wants in kits. I'd love to see a Pfalz D.VIII and D.XII, the aforementioned D.III (of course), a Rumpler C.IV, a Breguet 14, the Fokker D.V (a great flyer with no combat record, but that doesnt stop guys from building Jungmanns or Tiger Moths) and an Albatros D.II. All of these in 1/4 scale!
Thanks for reading
Lyle

I also vote for the Salmson, how about a 1/4 scale or larger Jenny, and Avro 504. We need a 1/3 scale SE5a.

kits
Steve, GTM is in the process of kitting a 1/3 scale SE5 and it is magnificent. Go to GLENN TORRANCE MODELS "QUALITY WITHOUT QUESTION" and check out the build. Fish Man, don't mean to advertise for GTM here just wanted to let Steve know there is a 1/3 scale SE5 kit out there already if he desires it right now. It would be good for you to check out the build also if you are considering doing an SE5 so you can see what you would be up against.

Undoubtedly, Glenn's SE5a will be fantastic. However, I think there is perhaps a bigger market out there for not as perfect scale and detailed (and $$) as GTM. Something in-between GTM and BUSA perhaps. That's my .02 worth. That being said, sure I'd love to build one of Glenn's or a similarly detailed kit..... someday.

Im on the front line for the GTM Se5a, but I am not a purist when it comes to "scale" and Glenn may be putting the SE5a out of my range. Like Mike, we need a model more designed for the average builder. I was all over the fuse that Allan had at Dayton, we just have to wait and see what results with the rest of the plane.

Yup I think Mike sorta hit it when guys are sometimes looking for decent scale outline but easier building techniques I know that Rich Uravitch`s SE5, DVII where always a hit at Rhinebeck and the build of them was fairly quick.
