Not building the Pup, but the N-28 in 1/4th scale. I think Balsa USA does a fantastic job, good wood, instructions and plans for a reasonable price! There are many Pup build threads, I think there may be some here and I think there are very active threads at RCUniverse and RCGroups.

I've personally not built or flown one, but you hear nothing but good things about the BUSA 1/4 scale Pup, both in construction and flying. I don't know how particular you are about the scale outline, it's a bit off, but can be modified fairly easily I believe for a more accurate Pup.

Hey Bill.
You and Jeremy still gonna do it?
I just got the plans to my 1/3 and it looks like the kit would be a piece of cake.
Although since I'm scratch building I'll be changing alot.

I'll be finishing my first wheel today and will probably start a build thread somewhere on it.

If you guy's decide to go 1/3 let me know, I have plans on cd.

Pup Builds

There are two fairly fresh builds going on for BUSA Pups on RCSB, one at 1/4 scale, one at 1/3. The 1/3 BUSA Pup is quite scale with undercambered wing and a very good outline. There are other builds of completed acft also.
