Slightly OE (Off Era) the best biplane sim I've found is flying the ones that are available in Ubisoftt's Forgotten Battles .The Gladiator, Cr-42, Pz11 & I-116 are simply wonderful:beautifully modeled strong AI,and nimble FM.With TrackIR they are very immersine ( no Vector support alas...) Very nice sky & terrain as well...
The good news is that the same designers are deep into a WW-1 version, seen elsewhere in the Forum ( keep fingers crossed that it will see the light of day.
The biggest news is that late this year they will be producing possibly the best photo realistic sim ever Storm of War :The Battle of Britain, which will really require we all buy the best state of the art PC then available! It will also have the Gladiator & Cr-42 to play ( & die ) in.
I'm saving my pennies ( dimes, dollars etc.)
