Spotted some CFS3 screens here:

Notice the dynamic campaign interface and the nice aircraft and cloud graphics (especially on the page linked to from this one).

Given that a key point of the MS sims is the flexibility they have for modifications and add-ons - could this be an engine for a next generation RB3D?
