I wish I could tell you more, but there's still lots I can't know about KOTS (I try not to bug the development team too much now).

Very cool that you 3D map Punish (I love shooters too).

Playing a lot of COD4 now (Red Orchestra: OF is still my favorite though).

Will wind, rain, storms, hail,or lightning be simulated, because all 4 play a major part on the flight and the aircraft.

I also play COD4 with xbox live on the 360. I can't wait till COD5 comes out back to WW2 with the COD4 engine.

Hey guys. Some of you may remember me from the Gennadich forums under the screenname of "Adler" (I tried registering it for this forum but it was taken already).

I am wondering if anyone knows if the KotS project has fallen apart as I have heard nothing from Gennadich and their forums as well as KotS website remain down and unchanged respectively.

I would hate to see it die as my Red Baron 3d disc is getting quite scratched after all these years.

Thanks for any updates.

Hi Black Cross (Adler),

Development of Knights Of The Sky has been going full speed ahead these past months since NEOQB took over financing of the project, and we have been getting periodic if infrequent sneak peeks of their progress in the meantime (check this thread for a few).

As mentioned earlier, represenatatives of the sim will be at the GC 2008 electronic entertainment show in Leipzig, Germany this August 21-24
to preview the sim in the non-public section of the convention, so it appears that KOTS is nearing a state of build where interesting a Western publisher is in order.
