Wow - sounds great - count me in as I just installed CFS3 and patched it in anticipation.

Didn't actually play it tho'

Judging from the movies the graphics compare VERY well with Il-2 - this is not CFS3 - that is for sure.

Thanks BarkhornXX. We used the "transformation" phrase as that is what it is.
I agree don't fly CFS3 unless you want to see the change

Me-109 Jagdflieger check out our site for pics and movies. I'd recommend no/7 and no.8 movies.

2 Polovski: CFS 3 and OFF Phase 3 works with Vista 64 bit, please?

I have Vista 64 bit and I do not know if CFS 3 (and OFF Phase 3 too) works with Vista 64 bit.

I thank you for your advice.

@ Polovski
I used to play OFF for a while but that is quit some time ago and I had lots of trouble to make it run properly( being not so good with the finer tricks of computer usage )
I always said I would play it again when they put the whole lot on a CD that I just had to put in the drive, run it and play...

How is the installaton atof this little masterpiese at the moment?
I really liked playing it and would love to play it again if the instalation is "idiot-proof " ( That's myself I am talking about )

Yes come along Bluedevil most support is there..

It is as easy as we can make it, and it took quite some work. Most modifications of existing sims need lots of fiddling and messing around with all sorts of files. OFF P3 will be on 1 DVD likely, and make it as painless as possible. We can't teach you how to use a PC totally, but will try our best of course.

From a post WM added there:

"Its hard for us to say as there seems to be many CFS3 packages surfacing these days and we cannot test them all.

I personally have:

1) Original Release MS CFS3 version 3.0 format on two CDs - has to be installed and patched to 3.1 in order to install OFF.

2) Exclusive / UBI CFS3 format on one DVD - OFF can be installed without installing CFS3.

Amongst the team (Pol I think and maybe Tom) we also have:

1) Newer version MS CFS3 which is already at 3.1 level - format 2 CD's - OFF can be installed without installing CFS3.

Now the good news is that if you are not sure what your media is then the OFF installer will check your disks and let you know!
If it cannot install from your CFS3 media (i.e its not 3.1 or its not a format we are expecting), you will be told to install CFS3 and make sure its patched to 3.1 and thereafter you can install OFF.

We have tried to make install as easy as possible on XP and Vista, short of making OFF an Xbox game.

Remember you will still need your CFS3 disk in the drive as usual to play OFF.

WM"

No problem Josef - I am running on XP and Vista 64 with Nvidia GTX 280 running well. Dogfights are excellent - final stages now and getting to play more during test super stuff - I should hate it by now having worked on it for years, but I don't so must be OK
