Recommended controller?

After the rudder of my Cyborg 3D Flightstick f*cked up i'm now in need for recommendations concerning a new input device for flight sims.
Besides of the rudder the stick still works fine so just good and precise rudder pedals would be a acceptable compromisel.
Does anyone has recommendations? Btw: The controllers should be quite rugged (it was a rough time back in WW1) and because I'm a lefty so only few sticks will fit to me.
Anyway: Thanks for your help!

Sagittarius,

I hate throwing things away that still work, but you may find that a good set of rudder pedals costs as much as a new joystick. If you really liked the cyborg, and can get the same model, you could keep the original one for spares.

Thats exactly my point. Because of this I've searched for some rudder pedals the last days. Maybe i just have to deactivate the rudder of the Cyborg & allocate the rudder to the pedals.

Anyway. If someone knows some good pedals he shouldnt hesitate to reply

Hello,
I would recomend a Saitek Cyborg Graphite, Ive had mine for 2 years and it has served me very well lots of hours in IL-2, However with the "Supposed" release for Rise of Flight arround christmass im thinking of geting a Saitek Aviatior, anywho since your left handed i know most if not all of Saitek's joysticks can be changed to suit you, hope this helps, Jonathan
